AGF DEFCOM is proud to announce the addition of two new EOS M-400 DMLS printers to our additive manufacturing operation, further strengthening our production capabilities and commitment to innovation.
Both systems are equipped with dual frame setup stations, allowing for rapid build changeovers and enabling true lights-out manufacturing. This setup significantly reduces downtime between jobs and maximizes machine utilization for higher throughput.
In addition, the M-400 systems will feature Volkmann V-Loader systems, creating a closed-loop powder handling and recovery process. This ensures a continuous supply of material to the machine, supports safe and efficient powder reuse, and allows the printers to operate for extended periods without operator intervention.
With these additions, AGF DEFCOM now operates 4 EOS M-400 printers, 15 EOS M-300 systems and an EOS M-290, expanding our capacity to support large-format builds and high-volume production.
